I am making this post in hopes it will help. You can respond here with questions.
Creating a subscription ad package for OpenX using RevMax.

1: To sell a
subscription or tenancy ad package select Subscription from the drop down select list.
2:
Subscription billing cycle. This is the multiplier of how many units you are re billing for. If below "re-bill every" is set to W"" and this is set to 1 you are selling 1 week subscription. if 2 , then 2 weeks, and so on.
3:
Re-bill Units: This is the duration of the subscription package. variables are W for weeks, M, for months, Y for years. If #2 is set to 1 and unit is set to M for months , the ad package is 1 Month subscription, if 1 , and unit is W then it is 1 week subscription.
4:
Package description. This is the human readable description of the ad package you are selling. It will appear on the sign up screen (clients/advertisers.php), if #12 (not shown) is set to yes. It is also shown on the paypal (or other) payment screen. It has no bearing on what is entered into the OpenX campaign fields.
5:
Adview limit: When selling a ad package of any type the adview limit is the adview limit period and should be entered. If selling a 1 month subscription and you set the adview limit to 100,000 then RevMax will enter in the limit divided by 30 days. This will show in the sold campaign under "limit adviews".
6:
Number of packages available for sale. This is the number of ad packages you are making available. When this number is 0 the ad package will no longer be listed on any sales or signup screen. It must be greater than 0 to show on a signup screen regardless of other settings.
7:
Package cost: This is the cost of the ad package. If you would like to charge $100.00 for this package enter in 100.00 , if $50. enter in 50.00, and so on.
8:
Select zones to auto link this adpackage to. When zones selected and #9 auto link zones is set to yes, then the selected zones will be automatically linked to the sold and created campaign.
9:
Auto link zones. Select yes to automate the zone linking process. (see #8 above), when set to no, you will receive a sign-up email informing you the clients campaign will need to be linked to a zone. This is most secure and ensures no banner will be shown unless approved by you.
10:
Companion positioning. If set to yes this will enable companion positioning in the sold campaing.
Tick the Companion positioning option to display only banners from the same campaign simultaneously on a page with multiple zones.
http://www.openx.org/docs/2.4/userguide/campaign-add11:
Set priority for campaign:Priority information influences the delivery of banners for a campaign. The options available depend on other settings for the campaign.
Priority levels can be:
Exclusive campaigns have delivery priority over all other campaigns. The only distribution option you can set is campaign weight. The greater the weight, the more likely that an impression will be delivered.
High priority is suitable for paid campaigns with set dates. OpenX attempts to deliver these impressions before delivering low priority campaigns. The priority level can be from 1 to 10. A campaign with Impressions booked and an Expiration date set can only be a high priority campaign with automatic distribution.
Low priority campaigns are for remnant inventory and are delivered only when there are no exclusive or high priority campaigns available. The only distribution option is to set the campaign weight. The greater the weight, the more likely an impression will be delivered.
This is simpler than it sounds. If you set a priority here, it will show as a contract campaign within OpenX when sold. Contract campaigns like subscriptions use a start and end date.To sell a Remnant campaign leave priority at 0 and set weight below.
12:
Set weight: Set weight for a Remnant campaign. Most adview campaigns (for equal delivery) will be remnant campaigns.
(priority / weight hint) RevMax will add ALL information to a campaign when sold, start, end dates, adviews, duration etc. Please take a moment to verify the campaign when you get the enrollment email from RevMax, If all information is entered into the adpackage screen correctly , all campaigns will default to contract.
13:
Show on advertisers.php? (not shown in image): Select yes if you want to list this ad package on the advertisers signup screen at /openx/clients/advertisers.php
14:
Available for reorder: Set to yes if you would like this ad package to be available to existing clients for re ordering. Subscription packages can not be re ordered. The client can add more adviews or ad clicks to a subscription campaign when expired, however they must purchase a new subscription if desired. This can be done from within the clients area also. The end date can still be controlled when selling adviews or adclick campaign refills (reorders).
