Not sure if you have a better way to deal with qa matters but something small and fairly insignificant. When view ad package is selected, if the user doesn't use the "packages home" link and uses the back button a duplicate record is added with a new id number. Of course everyone should use the packages home link but using back shouldn't add a new record.

That is strange, especially under view. One might consider new package under edit. I will try to duplicate this and remedy if so.

I tried a few times and simply can not replicate a new ad package being added on user back action under view ad package.

Perhaps server specific, perhaps I am not clear on your post ?
